DealDesk/Features/Gmail Integration

Email native

Your inbox, in the deal.

Send LOIs and tour books from your Gmail with one click. Send-only OAuth, we never read your inbox. Auto-attaching replies to the deal timeline is on the roadmap.

What it does

01

Send-from-Gmail

Connect your Gmail; LOIs, invoices, and tour books send from your address (not no-reply@dealdesk).

02

Reply attribution (in dev)

Two-way Gmail sync auto-attaches replies to the deal timeline so the conversation lives with the artifact.

03

Auto-cc workspace setting (planned)

Optional: BCC every LOI / invoice / report to a firm address for compliance.

How it works

From cold start to shipped result.

  1. 01 — Connect once

    OAuth connection at /settings/integrations. Per-broker, per-firm.

  2. 02 — Send

From any LOI/invoice/report, click Send via Gmail; we handle threading + attachment.

  3. 03 — Reply lands on the deal

Counterparty replies pull into the timeline (Phase 6 of the Functionality plan).

Why brokers love it

I never want to log a separate ‘sent’ again.
