A Chrome extension that adds a Save to DealDesk button to every CoStar property page. Click it and the building data, the Space table, and the document links land prefilled in a Space Report draft inside DealDesk. No manual data entry, no Claude needed, just CoStar, this extension, and your DealDesk login.
product.costar.com/detail/lookup/123/summary, wherever you'd normally start tour-deck research.
A floating Save to DealDesk button sits in the bottom-right corner. One click reads the page and ships it.
Address, RBA, year built, the full Space table, document URLs, image URLs, all in a draft Space Report ready for photo curation and brand polish.
Subsequent clicks append to the same draft (24-hour window). Five buildings, five clicks, one report.
Pick photos, choose your brand template, hit export. Magazine-quality PDF + PPTX, share-with-client link, view tracking.
Until the Chrome Web Store listing ships, install the extension directly from the DealDesk repo. Takes about three minutes and works on any Chromium browser (Chrome, Brave, Arc, Edge).
Grab the extension/dealdesk-costar/ folder from the DealDesk repo: github.com/aframe915/dealdesk. Clone the repo or download just that folder.
Visit chrome://extensions, toggle Developer mode in the top-right, then click Load unpacked and select the extension/dealdesk-costar/ folder.
The extension uses your existing DealDesk session cookie to authenticate. Sign in once at getdealdesk.co/login and you're set.
Open any CoStar property page (product.costar.com/detail/...) and look for the gold Save to DealDesk pill bottom-right. Click editor opens with the data prefilled.
The extension only reads pages you're already viewing on product.costar.com and only when you click the button. It does not read CoStar credentials, browsing history, or any other site. The DealDesk side authenticates with your existing getdealdesk.co session cookie, no separate login needed.
